Mashed Potatoes with Guacamole

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp tajin seasoning
- Put the potatoes in a pot of water
- Gradually boil for 30 minutes
- Strain the water from the pot
- With the heat on, start mashing
- Stir in butter and spices, gradually adding milk
- Finish mashing the potatoes
- In a bowl, slice then mash the avocado flesh
- Plate the potatoes, guacamole on top
- Season the top with tajin
