Mashed Potatoes with Guacamole

  1. Put the potatoes in a pot of water
  2. Gradually boil for 30 minutes
  3. Strain the water from the pot
  4. With the heat on, start mashing
  5. Stir in butter and spices, gradually adding milk
  6. Finish mashing the potatoes
  7. In a bowl, slice then mash the avocado flesh
  8. Plate the potatoes, guacamole on top
  9. Season the top with tajin
