Chicken Casserole

  1. Wash the rice
  2. Cook the rice in water for 60 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  4. Butter the chicken and bake it for 45 minutes
  5. Cook the brocolli in water for 3 minutes
  6. Slice the brocolli branches in half
  7. Shred the chicken
  8. Mix the chicken, broccoli, & rice in a deep pan
  9. Bake the casserole for 15 minutes
  10. Mix in the shredded cheese and sour cream
  11. Season the top of the casserole
